GRAND BLANC, Mich. – Tournament Officials announced today the details regarding the final field for the eighth playing of The Ally Challenge presented by McLaren at Warwick Hills Golf and Country Club in Grand Blanc, Mich. This elite roster of 78 players collectively represents 218 PGA TOUR Champions victories, including 34 senior major championship titles, and five members of the World Golf Hall of Fame – Ernie Els, Padraig Harrinton, Retief Goosen, Bernhard Langer and Vijay Singh. The field also contains nine of the top-10 players in the Charles Schwab Cup standings, including defending champion Stewart Cink, and fellow major winners Els and Harrington, who boasts 11 PGA TOUR Champions victories.
Four past champions of The Ally Challenge will be competing in this year’s field, Paul Broadhurst (2018), Joe Durant (2021), Singh (2023) and Cink (2024). Winners of the Buick Open will also be well represented this year in Grand Blanc. Six members of that esteemed fraternity will be competing at Warwick Hills, including Kenny Perry (2001, 2008), Singh (1997, 2004, 2005), Woody Austin (1995), Billy Mayfair (1998), Rocco Mediate (2000), and Tom Pernice, Jr. (1999).

The Ally Challenge is a Regular Season PGA TOUR Champions event in 2025, which will give way to the Charles Schwab Cup Playoffs¾a season-ending, three-tournament series used to determine the TOUR’s season-long champion. The 2025 PGA TOUR Champions schedule features 28 events and will conclude with the Charles Schwab Cup Championship in Phoenix, Arizona. The 2025 Season will have players competing for more than $69 million in total prize money, the highest in PGA TOUR Champions’ 45-season history.
The Ally Challenge presented by McLaren is open to the public Thursday (8/21) to Sunday (8/24) and all three competition rounds will be broadcast on Golf Channel.
