GRAND BLANC, Mich. – The Ally Challenge presented by McLaren announced today the details surrounding the tournament’s McLaren Adaptive Golf Clinic on Monday, August 19 at Warwick Hills Golf & Country Club from 9 a.m. to noon on the driving range.

Together with McLaren Health Care and the McLaren Flint Foundation, the tournament has once again teamed up with the U.S. Adaptive Golf Alliance (USAGA) to put on a clinic featuring trained adaptive golf coaches providing instruction to a group of 40 adaptive golfers using a wide array of adaptive golf equipment. Attendees will range in age and are recruited from McLaren Health Care’s patient base as well as through USAGA, organizations such as RehabWithoutWalls, and word-of-mouth. The Clinic features an atmosphere of camaraderie and support in underscoring this growing movement in adaptive sports.

Adaptive golf is a rising movement in golf to continue to grow the game and provide people with physical disabilities the tools and training to enjoy the game.

Thanks to their support the McLaren Adaptive Golf Clinic will reach twice as many golfers this year and increase from two hours to three.”

• BRANDON CANESI: Founder of Hole High and No. 1 G6 adaptive golfer in the world
• KEVIN HOLLAND: Proud member of the North American One-Armed Golfer Association
• RYAN LUKKARI: Works at Shenandoah Country Club, and proud member of the North American One-Armed Golfer Association
• EVAN MATHIAS: Golf professional at Golf Galaxy in Indiana and winner of his division in the inaugural U.S. Adaptive Open
• RYAN MATTHEWS: Golf professional at Correct2Compete in Indiana
• KIM MOORE: Women’s Golf Coach at Western Michigan University and winner of the Women’s 2022 U.S. Adaptive Open
• TRACY RAMIN: U.S. Adaptive Golf Alliance (USAGA) Chairman of Competition and one of the leading adaptive golf professionals in the U.S.
• JONATHAN SNYDER: U.S. Adaptive Golf Alliance (USAGA) Executive Director and 2021 & 2022 North American one-arm National Champion
• DAVE WINDSOR:Georgia State Golf Association Adaptive Golf Director and widely considered one of the country’s foremost experts in teaching adaptive golfers

The Ally Challenge presented by McLaren is the week of August 19-25 at Warwick Hills Golf & Country Club in Grand Blanc, Michigan.

Tickets for The Ally Challenge can be purchased at theallychallenge.com/tickets. Several ticket options are available. The tournament is open to spectators from Thursday (August 22) to Sunday (August 25) and ticket prices start at $15—children 17 and under receive free grounds access with a ticketed adult. The Ally Challenge will be one of the premier Regular Season events on the PGA TOUR Champions in 2024, featuring a $2,200,000 purse and leading to the Charles Schwab Cup Playoffs – a season-ending, three-tournament series used to determine the TOUR’s season-long champion. 

All three rounds of The Ally Challenge presented by McLaren will be broadcast on Golf Channel.

Since its inception in 2018, The Ally Challenge presented by McLaren has donated more than $7.3 million to support charity.
