Account Manager gives you the ability to easily manage your weekly tickets.

You can use the same email address you have always used to log into your Ticketmaster Account. The system will recognize your email address. (NOTE: the system may ask you to reset your password) Once you are logged in, you can use the same username and password for both Ticketmaster.com and Account Manager sites.

By merging the Ticketmaster.com and Account Manager credentials, your account has an extra layer of security, and you no longer need to remember multiple usernames and passwords in order to access your tickets.

After you click “Sign In” on Account Manager, you will be able to select “Forgot Password?”. You will be issued a one-time-use code to reset your password.

Once you enter your email address to sign in, the system will confirm whether or not you have an existing account. If the system does not find an account linked to your email, you will need to create a Ticketmaster account.

Please contact the Ticket Office at tickets@theallychallenge.com. We would be happy to assist you in changing the email on your account so you can log in with your updated email address.
